Linda has exceeded our expectations! In the beginning like most companies, we didn’t really have a clear vision of how we wanted the website to look. We were constantly making changes in what we wanted and even changed the design twice on her at no additional charge. She is easy to communicate with, always available for necessary changes, and has never avoided my difficult demands. As a matter of fact she is in the process of designing another site for one of our other companies. I found Linda through an Elance ad I ran which read "I need more hits".. I was a complete novice about SEO, ranking and hits. Linda not only continually improves my rankings on both my sites and increase my "hits" but most importantly she educates me along the way. The best part about working with Linda as a "techie proffesional"... She's not afraid to use the phone. I like to talk to a real person. Email can only do so much. I get my regular emails on our progress with ranking reports. That's great but when I need to talk, she's always there. Answering my call or calling me back promptly. She's the complete techie proffessional package I need. I won't use her again because I don't expect to ever stop using her.
