Things to remember before you hire me your VA:

• General Tip: It’s all about the personality! Like any good relationship if your personalities don’t match the relationship fails. So if you are Mr. Suit and Tie Tom then Party Peggy is probably not your best choice in a Virtual Assistant. You need to partner with a VA who will mesh well with your character, work style and life style.



• 'Do I like this person enough to work with her?'
•  Can I talk to her everyday, spout orders, do follow up?



• 'Do I trust this person?'
• She’ll have my credit cards..is she going shopping?
• Will she keep your business transactions under wraps
• Will it be quality work?



• Be realistic! You get what you budget for! If you want to $2.00 an hour and India then you need to stop reading now.  If you want to achieve a high level of success – remember that you can’t overwhelm your VA with more work than pay. If your budget is lean, that's just fine – just remember to send over the important stuff! Even with small budgets, after a few short months, I’ll bet you have increased my work load! It’s called your best ROI!
  

• If you are uncomfortable or new to the virtual market then get to know me, oh wait your VA..:)~ to make sure it’s good fit for you and your business then hand over the big confidential stuff. I can take it...and totally understand it!



• Most small business owners need a healthy mix of the administrative and the technical. Luckily for you – I can handle the Admin and the Tech stuff for the website, online research and other technical issues that you need.



• The idea is to keep you focused on those activities which bring money to you.  You should be thinking of ways to put your competition to shame and not setting appointment, maintaining CRM updates, inventory and blog posts.

Biggest thing to remember is we're business owners! Yes we are just like you! We work hard to earn it every day! Please don't think that I'm at home playing the latest computer game or WOW and watching the latest drama on the soap network!! You would be dead wrong. VA's are here to make your life easier but keep in mind that we are also working to make our life just as flexible and successful .... so, we don't have magic powers but close.
